Rooskey is based in Co Roscommon close to the N4 road from Dublin to Sligo, just a 15 minute drive from Longford town.
The river Shannon runs through this village which makes it an ideal mooring spot for cruisers. This small village was bypassed recently creating a quiet town away from busy roads. Fishing, watersports, horse riding and golfing are all popular and accessable sports in this area.
